Yes. RoboYuwa is a legally registered organization under the Association Registration Act of Nepal and operates under Social Welfare Council (SWC) oversight. All transactions are documented with full PAN billing under RoboYuwa's legal name.
100% of donations go directly toward hardware kits, bootcamp logistics, competition fees, mentor stipends, and outreach scholarships. Our Treasurer progressively audits all expenditures with verified PAN-stamped invoices.
Currently we accept donations in NPR. For international donors wishing to contribute in USD or other currencies, please contact roboyuwa@gmail.com and our team will arrange the appropriate transfer pathway.
Yes. Upon confirmation of your donation, we will email you an official PAN-stamped receipt from RoboYuwa Nepal within 3 business days, which can be used for your tax records.
